What size kit should I select?

  • For ring sizes 3, 4, 5, and 6, select small.
  • For ring sizes 6, 7, 8, and 9, select medium.
  • For ring sizes 10, 11, 12, and 13, select large.

Is the plating nickel-free?

Yes, the hardware is stainless steel with nickel-free plating.

Is Tease waterproof?

Yes, when fully assembled. To ensure it is fully assembled, ensure the vibrator is screwed on tightly together with the bridge and band in between.

How should I keep Tease clean?

Before cleaning, ensure the Tease is fully assembled, as it is not waterproof when the vibrator is separated into two parts. Rinse with soap and warm water and wipe with a soft towel. You may use alcohol or most other disinfectants without damaging the product.

Can I insert the ring into the body?

No, the Tease is designed for external use only. It is not intended for insertion in any part of the body.

Currently, we are offering shipping exclusively to the USA for this small batch drop.

Is shipping discreet?

Yes! All orders are shipped in either a FedEx-branded wrapper or in a discreet plain white shipping box. Shipments do not have any exterior Crave branding. Our return address on the shipping label is written as Crave.

How long does shipping take?

We are offering 2-day flat-rate shipping on all products. For purchases with a later ship date, please refer to the estimated shipping date.

Pleasure Guarantee: Returns and Warranty

Return Policy

Crave offers returns for orders within 30 days from the date of purchase. Return requests after this period will not be accepted. Returns are only available for products purchased through within the United States.

Customers must contact Crave to initiate a return. If eligible, Crave will provide instructions on how to return the product, along with a unique RMA number. Any returns received without a unique RMA number will not be processed. Once a return request has been initiated, customers must send their unit back within 30 days.

Shipping cost must be covered by customers—we recommend using a shipping service with a tracking option. All returned items must include any original packaging.

Returns can be issued as either full product store credit, or a refund to the original form of payment. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Refunds are subject to a small recycling fee (15% product value). Due to the intimate nature of our products, Crave cannot resell opened products, and this small fee helps destroy and recycle these units. Refund or credit will be issued upon receipt of return. Only one return per initial purchase is permitted.

All CRAVE products are covered by our Pleasure Guarantee: 1 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects and 5 years of extended support from the date of purchase.

Any products experiencing manufacturing defects (non-cosmetic) within 1 year of purchase are covered by our warranty. We can repair the product, offer an exchange for a new product, or replace the defective unit at no charge.

Our extended coverage applies to all products for 5 years from the purchase date. We’ll cover 50% of the retail cost for a new replacement product.

Only products purchased through CRAVE and authorized retailers are eligible. Customers must contact CRAVE to initiate a warranty claim and receive an RMA number. To initiate a warranty claim, please contact and include your order number in your request.


When does the 1st release ship?

The 1st release ships immediately (within 1-2 business days).

When does 2nd release ship?

We're happy to report that we've started shipping the 2nd Release of the Tease Ring! 

Shipments will be sent out in the order they were received, generally on a weekly basis, so yours will be on its way soon. We estimate that all 2nd Release orders will be shipped by the end of April. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once yours has been dispatched.
